Its downtown Athens location is always bustling with customers, making it a lively place to grab dinner with your friends. But sometimes I&#8217;m not really in the mood for a heavy meal like ramen. So, sometimes I order a tasty rice bowl at Jinya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The texture of the sticky and hot rice makes it an excellent vessel for the savory and sweet pork chashu. I&#8217;m usually not the biggest fan of boiled eggs, but for these rice bowls I like to take out the jammy yolk and mix it into the rest of the rice bowl.
